Testimonials
“We’d resisted buying a memory foam mattress because we both thought it was just a new fad. However, after reading all the great reviews we eventually decided to try one out. Both me and my husband play sports and often have aches and pains and I can honestly say our new mattress has given us the best nights sleep we’ve ever had. I wish we’d bought one 30 years ago!”

Benefits of memory foam mattresses over conventional mattresses
One of the key benefits of memory foam is its heat-sensitivity, allowing it to mould to a warm human body in a few minutes.
Conventional mattresses on the other hand, exert counter-pressure that causes pressure points and restricts blood flow. This often results is tossing and turning, pain, and poor quality sleep.
The pressure relieving properties of memory foam mattresses help facilitate a better night’s sleep.
The material in our cheap memory foam mattress conforms exactly to every curve and angle of your body, whilst supporting you in perfect alignment.
The above image demonstrates how our memory foam mattress evenly supports your body, allowing your shoulders and hips to sink into the mattress just enough so that support is provided along your entire body.

The importance of sleep
Research has shown that getting a good night’s sleep can have a massive impact on your quality of life – allowing us to concentrate better, be more productive and feel calmer and happier.
In the first part of the 20th century, scientists discovered that sleep is not just an unproductive time when we are forced to stop working, but an essential part of our life, which allows us to resolve problems, feel happy and function at our best during the day.
During an average night of sleep of eight hours, our bodies move in and out of consciousness through cycles, determined by brain wave activity. If these cycles are disrupted by stressed muscles or other discomforts, the sleeper can wake up without completing the full sleep cycle. In order to achieve the proper depth of a good night’s sleep time and relaxation are essential.
Problems caused by the lack of sleep
Many medical disorders have be linked with a lack of high-quality sleep. These include narcolepsy, obesity and irritability. Many doctors and other specialists recommend that patients use a memory foam mattress to improve the quality of their sleep. Memory foam is is used in many hostpitals around the world with patients who are spending long periods of time in bed in order to reduce pressure points and dramtically improve their comfort.
History and origins of memory foam and memory foam mattresses
The term ‘memory foam’ has become the generic name used for polyurethane foam.
Polyurethane foam (memory foam) exhibits low energy return and was first developed in the 1960′s by a team of scientists working with NASA. The scientists were attempting to develop a material which could help astronautics with the incredible G-forces experienced during the landing and take-off of space shuttles. After the scientists created, what we now know as memory foam, it was realised that the foam could have uses within the wider consumer market. After this realisation NASA scientists then worked for years to improve the material for consumer applications, such as memory foam mattresses, memory foam toppers, memory foam pillows and memory foam seating.
